Accessibility Statement
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, and we treat accessibility as a core part of good design and engineering.
Template — requires review. This content is a starting template and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified UK legal adviser, with all company placeholders completed, before the site goes live.
Our target standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the website. This includes semantic structure, keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, sufficient colour contrast, respect for reduced-motion preferences, and accessible forms, dialogs and navigation.
Compliance status
[REPLACE BEFORE LAUNCH: e.g. "Partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA" following an audit]. This statement should be confirmed after a full accessibility audit prior to launch.
Known limitations
- [REPLACE BEFORE LAUNCH: list any known limitations found during audit, e.g. specific third-party embeds or components.]
- The embedded booking calendar is provided by a third party (Cal.com); its accessibility is largely outside our control, so we provide a direct link alternative.
Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in a different format, please contact us at [REPLACE BEFORE LAUNCH: BUSINESS EMAIL]. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will do our best to help.
Last review date
[REPLACE BEFORE LAUNCH: date of the most recent accessibility review].
Future improvements
- Complete a full WCAG 2.2 AA audit before public launch.
- Test with assistive technologies and incorporate user feedback.
- Continue to improve components as the site evolves.
